Autumn’s Glow- an Autumn or Halloween Rug!!!
I had such fun designing and hooking this rug…it took me a week while working on other rugs, so you can do it quickly, I’m sure! : ) LOL Do you see how taking out the lettering and redoing it makes it stand out?
I was asked about offering a special (!!) so I thought I’d offer 4 patterns on Monk’s cloth for $24.00 each plus postage to you…an $8.00 savings! : ) (the pattern will be $32.00 on Monk’s on my website list later on)
The Rug is 19″ x 24.5 inches and I put my favourite “scrappy bars” border on it!! I put the Jack-O-Lantern face on only one pumpkin but the pattern comes with 2 faces on the pumpkins! (You can leave the faces off altogether for an Autumn rug.) I did mine with primitive colours and scrap wool srips! If you are interested, just leave me a comment or send me an email from my website…

A new hooker visiting asked about frames! I use a SnapDragon frame on a Puritan base. The frame holds the backing nice and tight…and I have the frame that swivels around so I can turn it any way that is convenient for me!!
