Sunnie-Folk Art-Rugs-and more!

I’m pretty tired but I had a wonderful Holiday Show (Vermont Hand Crafters) at the Sheraton Hotel in Burlington, Vermont!  Many Santas went to new homes and it was fun to see both old friends and customers and new ones as well! : )  It was nice to sell a couple of hooked pieces too, although I didn’t take many of the higher priced rugs.  (I did display the “Helen’s Tapestry” in my booth and people enjoyed it very much.)

I’ll rest up a bit, enjoy Thanksgiving and then decide upon a new rug to start on the Blog.  I must finish the Homeplace Primitive before that and will post some pictures of it as I go along!  It is such fun!!!   : )

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone and I hope all of you out there are doing well during these difficult times.  Hugs, Sunnie  : )

It is always a joy to see people appreciate the art and fine craft work we present to them and several people told me that with the economy the way it is now, they are not buying a lot of cheaper imports but are supporting their local artists instead.  That is music to our ears!!!  : )
