Sunflower Singin’ the Blues-Day 11/Colour/Sunnie – Rug Hooking

Hooray…getting close to being finished with my experiment..!!!  🙂   It has been really restrictive…but fun!

I am trying to use the lighter gray that I have in a plaid for the upper center of the sunflower.  I will leave the darker places in the center so the “seeds” don’t stand out too much.  (I don’t want the focus to be on lots of seeds!!!!!)  🙂

Here we go on Day 11..

Busy day today…the weather is nice so lots of Spring cleaning to do!  Hope I’ll have a little time to hook!  Happy Hooking!  Sunnie   😉

I am a folk artist now living in Vancouver, Washington. We loved our Vermont "Old Crow Farm" but now I live in a little cottage with a bright yellow front door! I no longer have my business but still love designing and hooking rugs and experimenting with colour...! I do "mystery rugs" on my Blog and that is great fun!
