THE BLUE BOWL Mystery rug/Sunnie/rug hooking/wool art-Day 2

This one is really great fun to think about and to hook!

(I changed my header photo to “mysterious water”!!!)    🙂

I am using both new and leftover wools in this piece and trying to expand this to reduce my stash of small extra wool pieces as well as already cut strips!   I do like to keep some woolworms as I dip into them a lot while doing “regular” (as opposed to “deworming”!!!) rugs.   But I had way too many worms…and this will use up lots, I’m sure!!!

I love the colours I have pulled out to work with…so here is Progress on Day 2..Happy Hooking!  Sunnie  🙂

BBowlday2Now the mystery is all clear…YES?   Love these buttery yellows!!!!!   LOL

I am a folk artist now living in Vancouver, Washington. We loved our Vermont "Old Crow Farm" but now I live in a little cottage with a bright yellow front door! I no longer have my business but still love designing and hooking rugs and experimenting with colour...! I do "mystery rugs" on my Blog and that is great fun!
